BLACK FRIDAY FAQ'S
Can I return my order?
We will not be offering refunds on orders placed during the sale. Should you change your mind, store credits will be offered.
Can I edit my order?
No, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed!
If you'd prefer to cancel your entire order or a specific product, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will shipping take?
There will be delayed dispatch times due to the influx of orders during this period. Please allow up to 7 business day for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details. Please note Black Friday is also peak time for Australia Post as well!
Is there a Black Friday code?
All prices are as marked. No code required!
Can I use a discount code during the sale?
No, discount codes have all been switched off for our Black Friday Sale!
Are items reserved once they are in my cart?
Your items will not be reserved for you in the cart as you shop.
If an item unfortunately sells out in your cart prior to checking out, we will be unable to assist you with a replacement.
How do I get in contact in regards to my order?
We will have our customer service team replying and responding to your enquires all day, however please allow up to 5 business days for you email to get responded to due to the high demand and influx of requests we will be receiving during this time. What if I ordered something and my order can not be fulfilled?
In the very unlikely event of your order not being able to be fulfilled due to an item either being over sold, damaged or missing, we will refund this item and ship out the remainder of your order. You will be notified if this was something to happen.
Pre Order Time Frames
We will be opening pre order stock for the Eos Grape and Verde. These will be dispatched in 6-8 weeks. Please note if your order has an in stock item AND a pre order item, this entire order will not be spilt or shipped separately! We recommend making two seperate orders if you wish to receive the in stock items first.
Common Questions
I don't know my size?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides on the product page. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
While we wish could, we are unable to alter or cancel an order once it is place. Should you make a mistake, we encourage you to repurchase the item and request a refund on your initial order.
Do you offer discount codes?
First time shopping with us? Sign up to our newsletter and receive a 10% off code for your first order!

Do you have any stockists?
Our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Imana. However, stay up to date through our email subscription and social media pages!
When will I receive my gift card? Will I be sent a physical card?
We do not send out physical gift cards, we provide digital online gift certificates only. Please allow for 1 business day to send out gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
We offer a 20 day refund/exchange window from the date of purchase. Please note conditions apply
What if my bikini doesn't fit?
We offer 20 Day refund/exchange on all full priced items*.

How do I start a return request?
For all returns please contact hello@imanaswim.com.au and provide the following details:
⁃ Full Name
⁃ Original order number
⁃ Reasoning for a return (wrong size, style change, change of mind or faulty)
⁃ Request for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please allow up to 2 business days for our returns team to respond to your request.

Shipping
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
How long are fulfilment times?
We offer same day dispatch on all order before 2pm! Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. During peak holiday seasons or sale events, fulfillment may take a bit longer, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Please note that orders aren’t processed over the weekend, and any orders placed after 2PM will be fulfilled on the next business day.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will vary depending on your area code which you can find here.
How much is shipping in Australia?
We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders in Australia with the following rates:
Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)- $7
Express Shipping (1-3 business days)- $14 or free for all orders over $200

How much is international shipping?
DHL Express international shipping rates area subject to your area code. As a guide, shipping outside of Australia will range from $30 - $75 AUD.
